I think you'd be dumb to change engine from non turbs to turbo. I'm pretty sure there is more than a brake upgrade as well, things like suspension would have different spring rates and the dampers would be different as well. As a turbo engine would weigh more than an NA.

Like people have said 34 GT-t has a stronger box than standard GT, diff is different, tailshaft as well, etc, etc.

What happened to the supercharging idea?

when importing.. do i get to choose out of a couple of cars which one i want?

do inporters shop for what i want?

like specific body kit, auction grade etc?

people like chef, if you give him a ruff idea on what you want and how much your wanting to spend he would look out for something and give you lists on what he has found till you are happy.

i personally know 4 people who have bought off him and they were all happy with the outcome.

same goes with jspec. they were giving me email updates on things that they had found that were similar to what i was asking for.

I don't know the in and outs of it all but regardless it's a waste of time anyhow!!!

ah not really a waste of time

(1) think you'll find there pretty much the same its cheaper to only do the R&D once

(2) how much does a turbo and inter cooler really weigh :( so your not adding much extra weight there

(3) gearbox is only 2 sorts RB20 and RB25 so i think you'll find there the same

(4) yeah pretty much same

realistically you don't save any money making all these parts for non turbo cars

Yes Dre you get to pick and choose everything once you get Kristian looking for a car you become his boss he is your employee, but don't be and asshat about it because he may say your too fussy and suggest another importer for you to try :(

So that means my car was a waste of time aswell? me and a lot of other people think that engine conversions aren't a waste of time.

AWD, RB26DETT in a car that looks like a GTST, FTMFW! :)

What the f**k is so good about the brand Ed Hardy. ? Looks like childrens clothing.

yeah, i havent figured that out either. i dont get what the big deal is in paying $100 for a shirt that looks like 5 babies threw up on it.

guess im just not hip enough for that shit.

whos ed harry?

what about a 33 4door with a rb26dett thats still badged as a non turbo :)

im really liking this car but it runs rich as all hell atm :(

lucky your pockets aint empty cuz :)

riches get b*tches

n chad we all know rb26s in old school dato's are the way for ultimate sleepers :D

thanks steve, ive found when getting stuff for the 34 that most of it is GTT anyway. and i have done most of the stuff anyway that i would need to do (like ecu and brakes) there shouldnt be too much stuff i would need to get i dont think.
