Easiest job in the world if it is like the R34 (and a castor rod is the same as a Z bar).... 2 nuts from underneath near the wheel hub, and a double ended bolt/nut through the bush at the front and you are done. Just jack up the car, rip off the wheel and you will see how easy it is.

In lighter news, finally found time to fit my carbon fibre engine cover and intake pipe yesterday .... and half way through fitting them my new axle-back exhaust rocked up, so I fitted that as well .... mmmm Titanium tips Has a very healthy rumble now too
