Clicking Over The Old R33

hey guys...

i've just put a high mount turbo, intercooler and wastegate on to my 1994 rb25det

it hasn't been started for about 5-6 months.

is there anything i need to know before i click it over?

make sure you do the usual -

Check oil

Check Fuel (might be stale)

Maybe let it crank 10 or so times before starting to get the oil pressure up? You'll need to disconnect your injectors. (one single plug)

You should manually turn the engine over a few times. Get some oil flowing.

Starting with the key could damage the rings after that long

you dont have to exactly disconnect the injectors one at a time you could always remove the CAS plug?

pull the fuel pump fuse, remove your sparkies, fill with oil and crank for 30 seconds

definitely replace your fuel and fuel filter, otherwise it'll run rough if at all

Just started mine up after 2.5 years sitting in my garage

Runs ok, just need to get the timing sorted
