Who Wants In On A Share House Then?

Well I am moving to Launceston as many of you will know and I have had a few offers and invitations but nothing is set in stone as of yet. I would like to live with a few people who share an interest in cars similar to mine as my previous housemates were a little frustrated by the fact that there were always cars, parts, tools and grubby weekend mechanics sitting around the place so I thought in order to cure this, why not live with the grubs instead of just having them come around and mooch on the couch.

The house would suit somebody between 18 and 25 would be my guess. Although I am not anal about cleanliness I still don’t like to live in a pigsty so you would need to be the kind of person who would be willing to keep the place looking half decent (within reason of course). I would aim to have around 3 to 4 people in the house with rent being around $70 a week depending on what place we settle on. Basically I’m looking for people with the same interests who would like a decent place to live and good friendly company/friends to live with.
