Maybe we need a generic tosser post that can be a sticky.

Would also like to add that the Grade A Cock who rode into my bike on Monday and caused a fair bit of damage will be sought by me. I have his number but he won't answer it. I also have the lens from his prescription glasses which will have a hole drilled in it if he doesnt reply soon. Police after first telling me they will take care of it have now done a u bolt and told me to contact a solictor. Will call up and speak to the original policeman who actually sounded like he knew what he was talking about rather than "ya might want to call a solicitor mate" from the the other one and who wouldnt talk to me about it as the other one had spoken to me first!! GRRR!!!

End of rant about tosser (idiot on a bike not the police BTW before anyone complains).

hehe alan u nutcase

send him pieces of the lens in the mail as a warning

I would rather put them in his tyres

He objected to me picking myself up off the floor and calling him a fu**en moron as he was about 40 and felt he has a superior status over me. So to add effect, I called him it again!

Bloke is a punk and if I have to wait there for him, I will.

He ran a cycle give way point and told me "accidents happen" as he picked himself up the floor and was about to cycle away until I prepared to chase after him!

These are custom built radial spoked rims with XT hubs.

Pic of scumbag's damage:

Try and modify his lens in some way, maybe put some magnifying glass on it or something. Try and make it so when he puts the lens back in his glasses the sun will then focus directly onto his retna, it will probably burn his retna and make him go blind. You know how you can burn stuff when u get the sun going into the magnifying glass on the right angle.. well like that.

Bad luck on bike damage there Alan. I feel your pain.

I was on my to work one day and was taken out by a kid on his way to school, of all things, the accident knocked me unconcious and did over $2k damage to my bike. The kid had a scrape on his elbow. his mother shit herself when she heard how much it was going to cost to repair my bike so got legal advice and apparently she was NOT legally responsible for his action (f$#ked if I know how that works) but basically all I could do at the time was to sue the kid and have him pay me damages out of his pocket money (if he has any) for years at 50cents a week! Because it happened on a bike track TAC doesn't care about it! First Rant...

Last night (on my way home from the National launch of the new M3 ah hum! :D) this F$#kwit in a Falcon speeds up to block me from merging from the left lane when I was 3 or 4 car lengths in front of him. Nearly forced me off the road then when I pulled in behind him and sounded my horn he jumped on the breaks so hard I had to avoid hitting him! I was friggin furious. When I drove past him he blows me a kiss.... arghhhhh I was too mad to even think of getting his licence plate! What the hell is wrong with some people!? :w00t: Jealousy?

    • Not sure the US can import anything other than the C34 Stagea's, but if you can and you need to to tow, DO NOT under any circumstances get an M35 Stagea. If it is just as a family car and your country/state allows it, absolutely and definitely get an M35 (3.5L if possible as it is effectively a 350Z) over a C34.
    • Punch your VIN (nm35-xxxxxx) into Amayama.com You can see everything there quite easily.
    • Thanks for that, I'll check it all out. I can always do the brakes last anyway if its a problem.  The 16's are super cool, if they do fit I'll cruise around with them for a bit.
    • Well, that's kinda the point. The calipers might interfere with the inside of the barrels 16" rims are only about 14" inside the barrels, which is ~350mm, and 334mm rotors only leave about 8mm outboard for the caliper before you get to 350, And.... that;s not gunna be enough. If the rims have a larger ID than that, you might sneak it in. I'd be putting a measuring stick inside the wheel and eyeballing the extra required for the caliper outboard of the rotor before committing to bolting it all on.
