All skylines come with this option and it can be abit tricky to work.

Step 1. Set your air con up for heat and set it to feet only.

Step 2. Reach over to your door trim and look for the button that winds the windows down.

Step 3. Wind the window down to the level where the wind coming in is cooling your face at a level you enjoy.

Step 4. Enjoy warm air on your feet and cool air on your face

Seriously though as far as I know I dont think there is option for splitting cool and hot air.

My 31 (S3 GXE) doesn't come with it, don't think any of the R31s did
