With steering wheels, as far as I know, its not so much the shape that counts. It can't be smaller than a certain size (don't remember the dimension, about 320 mm I think). It can't cover any of the dials what so ever. Has to be fitted with an airbag if your car originally came with an airbag. Can't have a quick release boss.

It's 330mm so close enough If your car was built June 1995 or after, you can't change it if it originally came with an airbag, so mine is fine being an April 95 thankfully.

Sorry to head off on a tangent. I have never understood the obsession with "race-look" steering wheels. They are, no doubt wonderful if you are on a race track, in controlled circumstances, or showing off a show car. But if you are driving on the street, you cannot control the other idiots and the airbag that you have removed just might save your life - or at least save your face.

As it is, I think that the R33 four spoke air bag steering wheel looks pretty good. AS for the R34 three spoke wheel, I am not such a fan - but it is OK. So why go for a Momo monogrammed boss that will imprint itself into your skull and several layers of your brain?
