Fuel Pump Wiring

Hey i just need some help regarding the wiring on the intank fuel pump of a R32 GTS-T, Id like to wire up a hidden killswitch.

So which wires are which? Thier are four or five, i assume some are for the fuel level sensor and some are the power for the pump. Should i put the switch accross the - or the + line?

Positive is better. If you run it through the earth then a thief can instantly bypass it by running a wire from the negative terminal onto a nearby part of the chassis. If it's on the positive then he'd have to find the closest 12v line and run a wire the entire length from there.

I figured on the positive was the way to go, now to figure out which one it is, the wires are white with green line, brown, blue and yellow.

Invest $3 in a test light with a pointed probe. You connect one aligator clip end to the body and probe the likely wires for a +12v.

I have one, just would rather know tonight so i can draw up some diagrams etc, also dont love the idea of sparking around so close to the tank hehe

On the R33 there is a fuel pump control thing in the boot on the right hand side behind the lining of the boot. Perhaps there is something similar on the R32? Would save you poking around!
