Cusco Tension Rod Bar Info

Hi Guys & Girls,

I'm a 3^rd year Mechanical Engineering Student and we've been given a project to analyse certain suspension components and I have chosen a Cusco Under Tension Rod Bar (front under-brace) for a Nissan R33 Skyline GTS-T Series 1. The project requires us to draw a 3-D model of the component using a graphics program called SolidWorks and then do a stress analysis on the bar.

I was just wondering if anyone had any information (technical or not) on the bar including:

· Pictures

· Installation booklets

· Any form of stress analysis that may have already been conducted

· And also what material it is made of

If not, would you know of anyone who may have this sort of information as it would be a great help. Thanks heaps for your time, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
