car was tuned on the weekend

made 305rwhp @ 16psi

will my stock cat be holding back any power?

its full 3" v band dump from turbo 2 cat then 3" to 3" inlet canon

i have a gutted cat here also but the flames werent small ones it would shoot

would be a bit obvious from the 50

so would i be better off putting gutted cat on?

not really. the cat does cause a restriction but i wouldnt risk a $10,000 fine to run a gutted cat to increase power by 10hp at a max. i would recommend buying a 3" hi flo cat and use that. but check your cat first, as they are a part of compliance in australia most importers use 3" cats anyway coz they are cheaper than buying a cat from nissan.
