When the first leak was fixed it would have sealed the system again. As a result the pressure would be higher, and the next weakest hose would let go.

Sounds very much to me like you are still running the original hoses, so its time to replace them all before the next one lets go.

every single rubber hose in the engine? or is there main 1's i should worry about first?

Yes - id do every one.

Big ones empty the radiator fast, but a little one wont take long either. Chances are by the time you notice the temp guage in the red the damage will already be done (new motor time)

While you are at it, replace the fuel lines as well.

Hate to say this, but it may be worth doing a leak down test as well.

My RB20 blew a few hoses in similar manner and when was all said and done (Looooong Story) the head gasket had corroded

thru at the back of number #6 and was pressurising the system so the hoses were blowing.
