hey People,,

Ive only had my new R32 skyline for a coulpe of weeks now and its chewing a fare bit of fuel its seem to me any way! im only getting about 250 for a full tank, can any one tell if thats about right.

the car hasnt got much done to it at all. only a cooler, exhaust, boost controler, and a rb25 turbo!!

if it's all cold start city driving, with liberal use of the throttle once warmed up a bit- then it doesn't sound too weird

first port of call would be to make sure the motor was well serviced and the timing was set right (ignition and cam)

A few things could be cause the poor fuel consumption..

O2 sensor, ecu coolant temp sensor, blocked cat, dirty injectors, seized viscous clutch fan (I've had one not lock at all and I've had one lock up completely) and as the car is new most likely has something to do with your right foot. :P
