hi bors i jsut wanna know

Every time i turn the key and start the car, (and the car will start normally), but just the starting time is seems a bit long like 2 sec cranking, but some of my friends 34 is like helf sec, so what can i check??

and i do aware of that 5 sec priming before start, and i always wait till it finishes before i start the car, but it still the same, wait or not wait. + every 1 in 100 start about it will have helf sec start up time, other then that is still slow.

i know some of people say the fuel pump gets abit old will do that, buts jsut wanna know will it be any other things that may affect the starting time, like battery ......

thanks

What CCA is your battery rated at. It is most likely your battery if your car used to start "quickly" before.

In a 34 it is highly doubtful your fuel pump is dying already.

I also don't understand the third paragraph.

If you are not running a standard fuel pump you will have to switch your car onto "on" and let the fuel pump switch on.

Also 2 seconds is not slow.

when the key is turn to on position, the fuel pump will start working for aobut 5 sec to pump the fuel in and once it reach the right pressure it will jsut stop. and i jsut saying i do wait for it to finish befor i start the ca, so the it will have the right fuel pressure.

Im not really sure how big the Amps is but the cca is 380.

thanks
