Hi all,

Need some advice on whether I'd benefit from a z32 AFM?

Running an RB25DET with a GT2535 @ 1.2 bar, 550cc injectors & a powerFC. Previous owner reckons it pulls 240-250rwkw but no dyno graphs as yet. I'm of the understanding that around this territory the stock AFM will be maxed out and the PFC is basically 'guessing' how much fuel to inject.

Did a few runs today and I got the occasional knock. Could this be related?

Cheers!

Type RWKW outside diameter

RB26 - 149RWKW 65mm

RB20/RB25 - 226RWKW 80mm

Z32 - 255RWKW 80mm

Q45 - 302RWKW 90mm

That is how much a single AFM can handle if it is the GTR it is obviously x 2 so RB26 with 2 AFM = 299RWKW befor they are unefficient
