What places are there in canberra (and maybe an hour so so drive away) where I would be able to get a couple of tatoos this weekend?

ummm a lot of places do require a bit of notice. Try Freestyle on northbourne avenue, you might be able to get in reasonably quickly.

X2 for freestyle, they dont like to book people in too far in advance, may have a free spot for you, if its not gonna take too long

Free Spirit in Surfside, Batemans Bay, drove down there 3 times in a month to get mine done for $1000 cheaper then any place in Canberra quoted me and really good quality. Jason's a good guy aswell, loves his VW's haha. Only downside is he's closed sunday and monday and is booked out weeks in advance (i booked 5 weeks in advance)

$900 for that is pretty dam good, he was going to do the rest (tattoo was going all the way to my toes) for free but i wussed out

Tatoo Extreme in QBN was where I got mine done. No complaints, it's still on my chest so I guess they did something right.
