Hey guyz,

My dads rear spoiler was stolen of his BMW, it was the drift type , there is alot of glue residue on there making it look so bad!

any idea how to get it off? i dont want to sand it down because that will mean a respray.

the glue is not really rock solid but not soft like "gap filler" we tried turps and metho to take it off but its still stuck on.

Any suggestions?

Avi

try citric concentrate, they sell it at hardware stores its for removing sticky stuff. I have used it to remove set silicon, windscreen sealant and sticker residue.. and it smells good... and leave sno residue of its own... makes things looks nice...

very small spray bottle about $6

Possibly heat gun or wax and grease remover? Maybe check with your local spray painter im sure they would be able to help you out?
