I am servicing my car this week. Does anyone have the part numbers for spark plugs(platinum), leads, oil filter , petrol filters?

Plugs- just ask for ones to fit an R32 gtr (all stores have a listing for them)

Leads- there are none!

Oil filter- Z134a (I think) Just ask for one to fit a VL commodore with Rb30 eng (they are the same)

Fuel Filter- Z200

platinum plugs part number is:

PFR6A-11 they are NGK laser platinum plugs, i used them with 15psi and they work a treat.

*note: remember to gap them to 0.8mm

the sum plug, argh that would be a bad one not to be able to undo. im sure with the right tools thought it couldnt be too hard.

right tools = 1/2' ratchet impact socket 2 meter pole

go to nissan for all ya stuff

they r suprisingly cheap for oil and oil filters

the fuel filters a z384 or sumthing for my 32

its the same as the z200 but angled top

nissan sells the proper oil for the skylines for 32 bucks

its 7.5-30 semi synth 47% synth

and the oil filter for 8

also sell plat sparies for 18 each (dunno bout the price of them)

hey, do u actually need to bring these parts urself, or can u just ask the mechanic to get them himself n include it in the bill?

I got everything the last time my car was serviced, but my housemate just sent her car in n took it back with the filters replaced n everything.

The car goes in on friday, wanna make sure b4 I run out of free time this week.

some workshops use certain types of brands they dont really bother running around to get the ones that u want...best to get your own at a good price and you wont get over charged for thier possibly crapier brand...

does the fuel filter hafta be replaced at every service like the oil filter?

nah the fuel filter is like every 50,000 kms, but im doin mine every 20 cos fuel is really dirty shit in Qld!
