Turbo Good For 300rwkw?

Was about to build my r33 gts-t to 300rwkw, an was wondering wat sort off turbos can provide me with this?? I was thinkin about a TO4Z but was a-bit worried about lag, could cams an cam gears fix this??? i looking for good toruqe 2 but wit good high end still... any ideas????

I have the RB25DET atm, an am looking to make big power. main use will be street but with a bit of the Drag Strip. Would it still be good around the street with some thing off that size???

There are quite a large number of threads about making 300rwkw, the costs, mods required and the turbo selection.
