Walbro Fuel Pump

hey guys got a walbro fuel pump from slide.. only came with pump and the white filter thing... didnt come with the connector...

anyone kno where i can get one?

Connector? You mean the plug that plugs into the top of the pump?

yeah, cause the standard o-ring doesnt fit on the walbro... i only got the pump and filter... didnt get the install kit with the hose or wire plug..

I just used 2 female insulated terminals. They push on nice and tight and do the job just right. You can pick up some terminals at a repco or auto sparkys for a bout $3 or less.

You'll need a crimper. I also just cut the bottom of the bracket off so the pump fits easier. I stripped the wire back and soldered the wire before I crimped onto them too.

You need some more hose to reach the pump as well.

I used the extra hose and cut it up and used it as mounts to prevent excess noise. And just tightened up on them and the pump with 25mm-50mm hose clamps.

cats car had no issues making over 300rwkw with it. The car now runs a tomei pump but the only reason i swapped the walbro out was because it was nearly 2 years old... i have no doubt it would have continued on no dramas

Is that the exact same one that SLIDE sell's, or a different version?

Apparently there is 2 different versions, ones a high flow (HF) pump someone mentioned?

^ sorry i only buy from reputable dealers so i know what im getting, especially when we go through like 200 a month. Not a dig at slide more a general comment...
