Gts4 Block In R32

having a drama with an r32 skyline, it has had a gts4 block put in it with a modified gtst sump put on it, now oil pressure is sweet stationary on idle and reving all the way at aprox 80-90 PSI....now when driving along oil pressure is sweet until you hit boost and then oil pressure bleeds back to about 20 PSI....

now ive done a tricky diagnostic procedure of doing a standstill, and long behold under boost at high revs the oil pressure is staying at 80-90 PSI...

which leads me to believe that the oil while driving and hitting boost is being slung to the rear of the sump and the oil pickup is starving.....just wondering if anyone has had experience with gtst4 sumps and oil pickups and heights etc vs gtst's or had similar problems
