R33 Steering Wheel Removal

Hi everyone,

Today i will set out to replace my standard 33 gtst wheel with an aftermaret wheel and boss kit.

from what i can gather ill need to pull airbag fuse and buy a t50 torx bitd possibly a gear puller.

as my fusebox is still in jap ill just disconnect battery.

ive done r32 steering wheels beore but never a whell with an airbag such as r33.

advice as well as do's and dont's would be great!!

make sure the batt is d/c. undo torx screws and the airbag will pull out. from then on its the same as any other steering wheel to change. when done bridge the a/b clip with wire so it always checks out on start up.

ps. its ILLEGAL to remove an airbag from a car that came fitted with 1. (advice, do it anyway just dont get caught) lol
