Old Hks Evc, How To Work?

Just bought this boost controller, see piccy. Button on the right for power, left for boost. Does anyone kow how it works

When the boost button is wound right down is this factory boost or 0psi boost?

Also when its turned off I guess the car runs factory boost?

Going into a R32 GTSt, current mods just full 3" exhaust. I'm getting a boost gauge fited and just going to set the EVC to 10psi until I fit a FMIC.

It should have a model number on it somewhere, probably a I or II, so HKS EVC II.
