hey guys, i have a r32 with rb20, i had a compresin test done last week, before i start doing anything major to my car....

results were

90 90 90 95 90 90

all cylinders are equal, but compression seems a little low... any one have any results from any other rb20's?? or any ideas as to why mine could be so low??

cheers

as long as they are within 10% of each other i wouldnt worry about it at all. they seem fine. The last RB20 i did wass a 40k import and it had 120 in all cyl's.

I wouldnt worry about it, just keep driving it

Throttle was held wide open during the test?

Gauges differ; its possible its just the gauge.

For what its worth my old rb20t when I bought the car some 6years ago had ~145 across all 6. 100,000km's later it was basically the same but with a slight variation.
