If you are relying on a north Brisbane RAWS shop to sell you the evidence, you could be (like Muz and me) waiting for a very long time.

You bet! When and if we get to court, this will be one of the myriad costs I will be suing them for - as well as liquidated damages such as loss of earned interest etc.

coz as the sayign goes its not what you know its who you know... had major dramas with the emissions on my ferrari but theres "loopholes" that just need emphasizing which is how il be doing the emissions for the M35

2002 Stagea can already be complied as all the testing has already been done! Post 11/2003 is the real issue as they have to meet the more (apparently) stringent ADR 79 standards.

As I said on the phone, you will have no problems with the 2002 car as it already complies.
