Spotted....in order of viewing.

Last week sometime White 32 who like to play on Mt Cotton rd just before big roundabout inbound. Nice external gate/cut bypass pipe sound, could you move over next time so I can pass you...you were going too slow.

Various 33 GTR's around who I waved to but got no response.

Funniest thing I've seen in a while - This arvo a Black 32 pulls out on kessells road with a queen mattress strapped to the roof. Pulled up at lights next to and said "interesting setup"....he was happy about something so maybe it was a really comfy bed.

Spotted a black 4 door GTS-t near Nadi Airport Fiji on Monday....

LOL

It was the only skyline i saw the whole time i was there... It was an awfull car... GTR badges all over scrapes and dents... 4 colours of black paint and blowing smoke like you would never believe....

Probablly put diesel in it.... LOL

yeah i see that orange r33 with female driver a few times a week... great paint job.

i saw a white r32 4 door. license was ??? HKS i think..

the driver saw me staring at him as i stood there with my dog. :(

spotted a white r33 gtr heading back from the coast on sun arvo license 15hot. I was in the green s14 behind you for a while

which coast??? NORTH OR SOUTH?? bcoz those plates used to be on a stock lancer 4 door in my street lol a chick used to drive it, maybe she sold them.

Saw SMR33 on Old Cleveland Rd this arvo, didn't think much of it till I saw the SAU sticker and thought to get the plates :) Also scored a run around the block with MRR34 last night, in amongst my drunken adventures.

Didn't think much of it....pfft to you :( BTW my car is a sleeper...heh heh heh

After driving to the Gold Coast and back yesterday, and seeing about 6 skylines NOT one driver waved, so I'm not waving anymore

Spotted, Marron R33 with a HUGE "DRIFT KING" sticker running the length of the driver side on one of the bridges in Rockhampton on friday around 2pm sometime. I think the plates were JET33 or something to that effect, I think.....?

Was in a taxi so didnt bother waving.

Was the only Skyline we saw in Rocky for the 2 days we were up there.

dunno about anyone else

but personally id rather just a general "where" rather than what is quite possibly their home address or accurate direction of where it is.

ie:- spotted on x road or spooted in suburb.

otherwise this thread starts to make peoples cars easy targets if details of where they are parked of a night ect are on display.

i saw smr33 in my driveway on sunday. i was standing in the driveway.

thats the only skyline ive seen in a while, there isnt even one in the garage here ;).

Karen, don't give up!! That is what THEY want!! Buck up little camper, I know if I saw you I would wave, and you can take that to the bank.

    • Ah, fair enough. For the IAT, I'm using a legit GM sensor that was used on the car prior to my current build. I'll get another wideband and IAT ordered and follow up when they show up. Thanks for the help.
    • You shouldn't need to massively fatten up the mixtures for cold conditions. For one thing - 0°C is not that cold. For another, the Haltech will be using the IAT sensor to tell it how dense the air air, and calculate the correct amount of fuelling. Then the cold start enrichment is added as a % on top of that, so it should scale with the main fuelling. You might also doubt the IAT sensor at this time. You're not using one from an RB26 are you? Using a nice Bosch sensor or similar? Happens. Some wideband units take great pleasure in killing their sensors. Put another wideband in the tailpipe and compare. Or just swap the sensor to a brand new one and see.
    • Oh, my misunderstand. When the car was running, it sounded ok, but if I gave it any gas it wanted to die but caught itself afterwards. It's very different from how it was a couple months ago when it was warmer outside. The logs show that the AFRs are better during, what I assume, is warmup enrichment. Because it's cold, and air is more dense, should I work on the enrichment bit?
    • yess of course im not using 2nd hand parts from my spare engine, but the place where i live is hard to find parts for the RB20DET ,but for the RB20E is everywhere including new ones and a lot cheaper ,because for the RB20DET you have to order it overseas to get one and it cost a lot of money 3x the price to be exact. so i ask this topic because if i can use the new ones but for RB20E is it compatible or not. if not im screwed haha, not totally screwed but i have to save a lot of money first before i can begin repairing my engine, thanks for the information before.
    • Unless my sensor just died, was only a couple months old, I strongly believe it didn't. How can I test it? I never mentioned it being 20:1+?
