Spotted a nice R33 coupe going in the opposite direction. Female driver, I'm sorry if in some way, a black fella waving to you from an R34 causes you to look back in disgust

Spotted 47APN at Aspley Maccas thursday night, sorry I did not stop in but was starving for some KFC...was in the white R33 plates 911XXX with Peninsula Mechanical sticker on the rear window.

I avoid Aspley even though I live near there, so apologies again for seeming rude and driving through...

Spotted! 000GTR - White 33 GTR on Kingston Rd this afternoon around 5.30pm. Would have to be THE nicest GTR I've seen in a good long while. 500hp badge on the back (I believe it!).

Spotted silver R33 S2 plates 'OMY330'

Was auto and had a old bloke driving (probablly 40ish)

Note to owner: Just cause i was looking at you and your car whilst driving an good looking S15 does not mean i want to race you. Save your fuel buddy.

PS. I have figured out why i never seem to get spotted. Its cause im always in the S15 when i see another skyline... When im driving my 33 i never see anyone other than shane81....

Incorrect col, I have seen it quite a few times on Gympie Road and your place of work...though I am usually in a new red corolla (currently being repaired from my stupidity)

But you are not normally around, and besides I am not really into computers...

    • Hi everyone, I bought the Redline diff oil and the seller has sent me Redline 75W90NS even though that’s not what’s pictured.  I’ve already booked a hoist to go and change my diff tomorrow but I’m not sure if the NS is ok for the rear diff in a R34 GTT I think the NS does not have any slip modifiers so would that be an issue?    thanks in advance
    • Not easy to find pics from 15 years ago, but here is a partial one. Keep in mind that it curved immediately from the airbox, then kept a straight line for the MAF to read correctly, followed by a 45 degree bend straight down to the turbo. This connection was the most difficult as it had to twist as well as bend to meet the almost vertical straight section of the intake.
    • Yes, well, wrt a wheel alignment, there are two types. Either: You have very little added adjustables, in which case the alignment can be done by anyone in any tyre shop or equivalent, and will only take 30 minutes, and so there is no reason to even consider leaving the car there. OR: The alignment is a major exercise because you have adjustables everywhere and so you will need to be taking it to a shop that is skilled and experienced at setting up race cars and the like, and you won't need to worry about leaving the car there.
    • does anyone know the specs of the R35 master cylinder, rear ratio and knee point? the BM57 is a 0.4 rear ratio with a 435psi knee. I'm looking for someone with a much lower knee pressure. the piston area of the R35 brakes isnt that big so might not work for me but this is interesting.. the other option for me is a GU patrol master cylinder and booster and do the prop valve externally.
    • It sounds like by avoiding maintenance you may be doing more damage than a hypothetical guy in a workshop taking it for a spin. Not sure if you are just being paranoid or things are actually that bad in the US. Find a reputable shop not run by dickheads. Look for people that take pride in their work. Stick around for the day if you have to
