any ideas how much extra would it be to post it 2 sydney?, mmmm i think i might get them aswell
im pretty sure the prices include delivery to your door ...

correct

received your details beau. thanks for that

first post updated karl.

hey guys just wondering where can i get HPC coating done???

also how much is it?? it's worth it though yeah..

i think the bling factor alone is close to worth it :D

not that i have any grounds for comparison, but my engine bay seemed cooler than with the stock headers on.

try whitepages or googling locally, that might help.

ok, i've got 4 definites - and a lot of guys have said yes/definitely/for sure, etc. but none have been able to simply reply with an order or even a guesstimate.

if i get no further interest by the end of next week, i will be ending the buy prematurely and proceeding with the order. please check the first post to ensure i have the correct order.

cheers

eug

Hey guys so glad this is going ahead my exhaust sounds like cr*p lol if anyone else is really serious about getting the extractors just pay the money so we can get this moving just like to say thankyou to all the guys/girls that have gone ahead with the group buy thanks for making it cheaper :laughing-smiley-014: and a big thanks to eug for all the work

cheers all hope everyone can afford christmas now hehehe cheers all

Just a quick question

Does anybody know if the heat sheild will fit over the extractors or do the extractors come out further than the stock headers?

It doesnt really matter but i was just curious.

cheers

Karl.

much further out... one of the reasons why i had hpc done.

not a peep from cam_r33 or mikey. i'm closing this tomorrow and going with the four that have paid.

things just cannot be done if people don't meet half way.

cheers guys, will keep you updated.

right, this is now closed.

the order has been drawn up and is ready to send. once GTR.2NV's payment has cleared (monday/tuesday), the order will be placed and the transfer made. expect up to a week for the funds to clear to them in new zealand and then the waiting game begins.

thanks for your patience

who made the payment on the 26th of November?? (which cleared today :S)

please call me and tell me what reference you put it under as I need to find out who this is before I can proceed with the order.

If it's Cam or Mikey - give me a call.

It's not GTR.2NV because I hadn't given him my bank account details prior to the 26th.

Beau, Karl, Kane and Cris - you guys have all been accounted for

hi guys, i know this particular group buy has closed, but im looking at sourcing a few of thse for interested people over here in the uk. i have couple of questions, my apologies if they seem a little "obvious2 but trying to get normally asperated info over this side of the world is like getting blood outta a stone.

i have gts4 saloon. will i need a specific set of pipes for this lay out or will the coby ones in this group buy work? (i assume with a bespoke mid/rear exhaust system too)

i think the answer to this is that the systems are identical but are there an significant diffenreces between the systems for rb20 and 25? and r33/32 body types? (by which i mean length of pipes and routing etc)

cheers guys.....

these are able to be used on the R32, R33 & R34 with the RB20 & RB25, whether the sedan/saloon or the coupe/2 door.

there may/will be slight modification required to make the catylytic convertor fit as the factory ones are quite big to the new ones you buy off the shelf. the angle of the remaining exhaust can be accounted for whilst modding the cat convertor.

cheers

    • Good morning all, Bit of a random question but figured I’d finally throw it out after wondering for a long while. Before I start, I'm hoping to do this purely out of personal preference. I think it would look better at night, and don't mind at all spending a few hours and dollars to get it done. I've copied this from a non-Skyline specific forum, so I apologize for the explanation of our headlight switch setup that we all know. Here we go: Zero lights (switch off) Parking lights (switch position 1) being a rectangular marker on the outside of the housing, my low beam being the projector in the centre (position 2), and a high beam triggered by my turn signal stalk. Most North American cars I’ve owned of this era have power to the amber corner (turning indicator) light as part of the first switch (parking lights). I’d love to have these amber corners receive power when the headlights and parking lights are on (headlight switch), yet still blink when using the turn signal which is of course a separate switch. Hopefully I’ve explained my question correctly. Is anyone aware of a way in which I might be able to achieve this? Thanks in advance
    • My heads are cathedral port! It's likely possible, but I don't want to add any extra moving parts (I know they don't move) between the heads, manifolds, etc. It will also affect how injectors/fuel rails etc sit and I don't really know if it would change how the FAST manifold goes/sits/fits. I have the LS6 steam pipes already as I have a very late LS1 block so it should be fine. I couldn't find anyone who had ever actually used one for this purpose, it seems 100% of people grind the water pump. The thermal spacers are 12mm and are half way to the cost of the newer water pump anyhow... so if it comes to that I suppose I'd rather buy a new pump. The bearing in the pump I do have is a little.. clunky, but it hasn't done that much time and I never noticed it when the car was together in the past few years, so..
    • The bushing has failed, not all that uncommon for a car of this age.  Any mechanic should be able to push in a new bushing for you, or you can probably buy the entire lower control arm, complete with bushes.
    • Could you not use "thermal" spacers to give the clearance, like the ones I used between the blower and head? That raised the manifold height by around 10-15mm Albeit the ones I used were for cathedral ports, but I assume they have similar for rectangular ports????
    • Thanks Paul I reached out to Autotainment but they no longer work on JDM cars as the guy who used to do the work moved on and is no longer doing that kind of work. I am talking with Level Up Audio though.
