Where's The Best Place To Get R34 Gtr Head Lights?

hey all,

i want to change my headlights... the reason being is because the inside of my lights are just silver and loooks plain but ive noticed the gtt'z or the gtr and even some gt'z have the head lights where the inside is black and looks insane!!!! twice as good as the plain ones....

i live in melbourne and i would love to know what would be the best way to get my hands on them and what price i would be looking at.

Any One Got Any Idea???????

wif mine i cant explain it just looks like normal clear head lights...

Oh okay, I see it now. I've always been looking at GTR's and just got used to the look of them. Never realised the 'other' ones existed until I actually went out and searched for pictures of them. The GTR ones sure do look better.

Wouldn't have a clue where to get them from though.

just paint them. Put them in the oven for about 5 mins to melt the glue, then pull the headlights away. Then paint the part that you want painted, put them back into the oven to melt the glue again, and push it back together. Be very careful not to break them tho, they are quite fragile.

I found that the best way to open a headlight is by using a heat gun, not the oven. Not sure how big your oven is, but when we tried to open a headlight up, one side of the headlight melted. I just find using a heat gun be the safer option, but slower.

yeh id be a bit unsure bout putting them in the oven lol, might melt the other plastic bit on the headlights if you dont get it just right or at the right temp, might be ok if you stuck em in a low temp an always checked them

best place is Nissan.. However you mat want to ask MrZac to order you some from Japan Yahoo Auctions at a lower used price.. New retail for $1200 for HID .. for some reason i believe thats each.

Sooo, two options GTT or GTR lights, GTR lights are cool, instead of the parker being rounded its actually flat and covers that whole section! bad side is it looks crap on the GTT unless your doing a full GTR conversion (its an excuse you know you want too!! but its hard!)
