Who said there are guards on every train? that is so blatantly not the case (as I have discovered while catching trains for the last 2 weeks).

While my car is off the road, I don't work late as I'm just not going to tempt fate by walking to McIver train station at 7pm. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a pussy and I can look after myself, just not against 15 or so natives/junkies/trash.

Why so much emphasis on imports anyway? I airhorned some junkie bitch one day on Guildford Rd who then proceded to open the drivers door and hang out it hurling abuse at me while travelling in the right hand lane, narrowly avoiding oncoming traffic. Police need to concentrate on idiots like that as opposed to targetting imports for mods they know nothing about.

</continues interesting thread irrelevance>

So dont break the law and there should be no problem

hehehe

On a serious note...If the W.A. government want to lower crime they need visual deterrents, having the blue gang charging around in blinged XR6T's enticing people to race is a poor use of resources but its a good vote getter..." I don’t like the look of those (insert fringe or disenfranchised demographic here)". On the issue of enticement, I wonder what the medias reaction will be when one of those "high powered pursuit cars" is involved in a fatal during a "sting operation" and the story is aired. The Police have been held to task when previous transgressions of vehicle usage policies take place, i.e. drunk driving off duty in a plain car, off duty vehicle collisions and failure to disengage from high speed pursuits have all resulted in disciplinary action of varying degrees but little in the way of policy change.

bubba try riding up the front carriage?

maybe i was incorrect but i thought that every train past 7pm had at least 2 transit guards at the front section of the train.

as well as a mobile command unit tracing it with backup for train station / on board support

at least i bleevz this the case for the midland line

How many police are dedicated to traffic? How many officers are qualified detectives? Does anyone know?

Cops don't just target import drivers. That is just you lot crying oh poor me... If you want to drag someone off the lights then thats your choice, but don't cry about it if its a police officer that you tried it on with. You're breaking the law regardless..

Mr Eps you think that young kiwi fellow died because police didn't do thier job? ...WRONG!! He died due to being in a fight with the native aussies... Hardly the cops fault is it?

It is very bad how some undercover police entice people to race, whether at lights or not. It's not bad because the idiot gets busted for it, it's bad because the police are deliberately putting members of the public at risk. That fool would not have raced right there and then if the cop didn't entice them to, and what happens if they are a crap driver or try to outrun the police because they have a warrant/drugs/stolen car/etc? They could then crash into other vehicles, pedestrians or property. All that could be caused by this idiotic action of undercover police enticing people to race.

Undercover cops love to tailgate dangerously close aswell, I would love to brake suddenly one day so they rear end me and I could sue them.

hehehe

Police really need to be "walking the beat". Make the streets safer for the public by actually BEING a deterrent, not just a threat.

And Mr.Eps, I've been in a carriage on the Midland line heading to Perth at about 6pm with only a few sketchy looking natives as fellow passengers. That's not a drama but it proves the point :) I mostly only travel in peak hour and heading out of Perth at night anyway.

Big Col does make a good point too.

LOL I LOVE THIS THREAD!!

haha w00t we need our own force on W.A streets

not the cops =]

they shuld be fighting real crime, no toying around with people who are trying to have fun, drive there dream car around wif mods!

Yeah and also i have seen many under cover cops around joondalup aswell..

my tip is, if ya see cops just pull over lol or turn off :glare: haha works
