I've done a lot of read up in the DYI section and i must say you guys are fantastic.

While reading across those thread, "flat spot" topic keeps popping up now and then. I would like to know what exactly is a "flat spot"? I am driving a R33 but my car jerks if i don't warm it up properly but if i did, everything seems to be fine.

FYI, my R33 is light modded with:

ARC FMIC

single plate racing clutch and flywheel

denso iridium 8 plugs

adjustable suspension

actually all these were done by the previous owner. any idea why my car could be jerking if i do not warm it up properly?(at least of 10 mins warm up)Could the plugs be too "cold" for my car or is it some other problem.

and please do explain what is "flat spot".

thank you very very much!
