RB26 has a slightly larger displacement, the valves are SLIGHTLY bigger on the head. and the cams are diffrent. And of corse the obvoiuse twin turbo setup, and diffrent intake & induction. Also sump is diffrent as the 4WD setup / front axels run through it.

All in all, not that much diffrence (internally). In my opinoin your better off (Financially) to do work to your RB25, or undertake a RB30/25 hybrid setup.

RB26s are good, but there not god. Spend half the amount of money that you would spend on purchasing the RB26 on the RB25 and you will murder any RB26.
