This car is now for sale on car sales for $49K with 105k kays, does anyone know the background of this car and if its reliable or not??

I'm looking at what's on the market in the $45-50k region.

The current price of $49k seems low but he has been trying to sell it for over 6 months and has slowly kept dropping his price from the original asking price of $65k!!
