yes we know it's not a "center diff", but most people know when you say the center diff you mean the clutches that controll the front torque. And it's a common thing for the clutches to be rooted.

i dunno what u blokes r on about.. my r32 atessa kicks in pretty much as soon as i have wheel spin.. whether im turning a big bend.. or an extremely sharp hairpin.. i can have the wheel full lock doin u turns and the fronts kick in as soon as the rears slip...

The majority of the worldwide Skyline community, talks of the Attessa in a BNR32 being slow to react... so YOUR experiance differs from the norm.. not the other way around. Thats what these blokes are on about.

...mines pretty damn fast.. and btw.. for the bloke selling lies about broken centre diffs... they dont have a center diff.. Its a hydraulic pump much like a torque converter with many wet clutches that slip the torque to the front wheels.. not a mechanical centre diff :)

Had it been a front diff.. it wouldnt have a variable front/rear ratio the way it does :D

"Selling Lies" hahah wtf

well...just my opinion but I don't trust it to grab in time over about 100 - so at high speeds i focus more on proper balance and careful wieght transfer/throttle control. I dont think even the world's best 4wd would be able to make adifference in the fraction of a second you have at high speed

As mentioned you want to go into a controlled environment and work it out from there. Getting out of trouble ,once in it, with the R32 Attessa is a little different to a normal drive car as well. The best thing in your favour right now is the fact that fear of it's unpredictable nature keeps you out of a coffin.

Hi :w00t:

I agree with everyone else....take your car to a track day & get the feel for it. Just make sure your brakes are good.... & stomp on them a bit harder & later for the corners. I think driving on a track makes you a better driver & it is fun!!

Good luck
