Not much...matts R33gtst

Yeh for sure, Matts car would be ideal for this, Maybe ring up Boostworx and get his number, or PM "whatisname" on here!!

NO

GOLD

head over to ns, awesome cars there, and some of the dudes on there are the nicest guys youll ever meet, not wankers at all.

You serious??

LOL, a nice lot of lil girls with pink cars, big bling wheels and all share the same bed

Ahhhhhh BANG!! Even GOLDER!! :P

You thought about doing like a little write up on maybe 6 or 7 cars in a group for SAU SA as in like a club style!! Instead of just 3 pages on just 1 car!! It could just help us get a few more numbers to get this club off the ground, advertise the dyno day and more so the "club sign up"!!

Just some thoughts!!

my brothers got a car, ppl here gonna knock it but its a suzuki swift with a turbo put on there, running over 20psi cant remember the exact psi but it's defenately over that (it's like 1 of the top 10 fastest in the country) when its gripping its as quick as my GTR although grip is a bit of an issue when you got that much power and fwd. not to worry though he's still spanking many a brand new v8 with it, pretty funny how emotional they get after losing to a 1.3L more funny when they call it a girls car first or something along those lines.

its got a full body kit and fresh paint and big rims should be the goods, the interior pretty basic just bits coloured, it's been lowered with coil overs and has sway bar n strut brace, along with a brake upgrade naturally, o and exhaust if you didnt already assume. i don't know all the details im an accountant not a mechanic

o and its never been in a magazine before and from what ive seen of swifts in mags they aint got sh*t on my bro's it's had alot of money i think my entire family wishes he didnt spend on it.

and to anyone that's about to knock his car try taking him down on devils elbow cause i sure as hell can't

he did wanna get it in a magazine while the paint is still nice n mint so ill have a talk to him if your interested. just let me know if you need to know more.

o and people don't go warning your bogan friends bout this car, he likes them to think he's just a ricer when he pulls up next to them. :laughing-smiley-014: makes it all the more funny when they get whipped.

Nice one joel..... hows your gearbox gonna handle that???? rb25 gearbox....

I've got a rb25t gearbox in it.

I'm more worried about how the single plate will handle it. It 'apparently' is able to handle 330-350rwkw behind a GTR so given mine is rwd time will tell.

+2 for whatsisname; Grim's R32 + 260RS; & puresx if they haven't already done so - they'd all meet the mags criteria.

Andrew - notice SAU-NSW is getting a bit of coverage in HPI since your write up for the S'n'S  & awesome to see Malcolm's 2500R :P finally getting noticed.

Some of the Munromobiles may be interested in re-gracing magazine pages in their current forms if you were to contact him.

They may not too, this is merely my own thoughts and these thoughts are not endorsed by the cars owner or their representatives.

To a degree, lot of crap there too, cruzin33 sumed half of the cars up there!! Not to say there isn't here!! BUT all the cars on NS every man and his dog knows about, need to find some others out there!

guess sarcasm doesnt work on forums.

i was joking.

Now Ted: If you had been reading forum etiquette on ns.com you would know that itallics is the protocol for sarcasm.

I have a big foot would really mean:

I have a small foot

etc..

Thus ends todays lesson

:D:rofl::wub:

yes I agree with Chops - I am sure Munro wouldn't mind his R33GTR streeter and/or R33GTR race car to reappear in HPI (they haven't been in HPI for a few years). The streeter is only running about 400rwkw atm, with the racecar making seriously more. Both are extremely tidy indeed! The racecar is now Ford Blue - the XR6t colour). FYI his racecar is still one of the fastes in the country with a very low 9 second pass.

+3 for Whatsisname's R33 - it is an absolute stunner in every respect.

    • UPDATE: Hi all!  As we are getting towards the end of this thread where I’ll showcase final dyno numbers and graph, I wanted to provide an update. Tao from HyperGear has done an amazing job building the custom divided T3 housing for the G30. Communication was flawless, price was great, and now the housing is estimated to arrive in 7-10 days! Very very pleased. I must add, if someone is looking for an affordable turbo and end up reading this thread, I would recommend HyperGear. Genuine brands are the way to go as their proven reliability, predictable performance, and there’s a plethora of information available for specs, flow, and more. This HyperGear recommendation is based on their excellent communication, dedication, and willingness to listen to their customers. I particularly liked their ability to create custom adaptations tailored to specific needs, which is a HUGE benefit over other brands. And if we consider the HyperGear provided dyno results, it adds reassurance knowing their turbos can compete against genuine brands. Next update will be after the dyno!
    • I've previously seen people post up "dress up bolt kits" for RBs but don't remember seeing them specify the full contents. I can only really suggest you grab the verniers and start measuring, and keep in mind the cam cover and timing cover bolts are both quite specific with a wider unthreaded section where the bushes sit, that will make it hard to get aftermarket replacements which tend to be all thread (set screws) or for longer bolts a flat section with a shorter threaded section at the end
    • I believe there was a similar one posted by @duggyphresh. They were re-routing their battery positive cable in the way I am also trying to achieve. Sorry, I’m new to this forum, so was a bit late to the party by a few months and so reignited the old thread, as I wanted to know how they got on with doing it.
