broke steering wheel

I spun out yesterday into the curb and turned the wheel past the maximum turning point.. it made a nasty clicking noise and now it is loose when i turn the car.. scary to drive as i dont know if the car is actually going to turn when i turn the wheel.

Anyone know part i broke and how much i should expect to pay to fix it? cheers

Sounds like you have broken a controll arm or something get it fixed asap !!

how much does a control arm cost to replace?..anybody had this happen before?

control arm on my old pulsar was like $110 or something.. wouldn't expect it to be too much.
