Running/fueling Issue's After Emu Mapping

Hey guy's, my 1st post here!

i recently had my e-manage ultimate mapped by a tuner here in the uk, now the car goes like a rocket now and make very good power, but when i 1st start the car it idles on 2k rpm for ages even when the engine is warm. If i turn the ignition off and start the car again when at running temp it idles abit better around 1100-1250 rpm, now it's annoying as hell, is there anyway around sortiing this myself as trips to the tuner are costing me the earth!

one more thing that's even more annoying, i have a gtr fuel pump and i can physically hear it and always could, now when i would touch the throttle you can hear the fuel pump make a higher pitched sound (where it's obviously pumping more fuel). Now the problem is, it's making the higher pitch sound the whole time now and the car sometimes try's to cut out at idle and you can smell it's most definately flooding and trying to conk out. Where as before on idle the fuel pump would quieten down and it would idle lovely and be fine with a stab of the throttle. Any idea's?

the EMU has cold start and temperature dependant fuel and IGN maps in it it should only be a matter of fine tuning them to fix your issues.

would this relate to my fuel pump constantly running at high pressure?
