i dunno if the finance/bank thing is valid though ? say you write off your car at the track...for e.g

you dont get squat back from insurance... and if your car is still under finance you still continue to pay for it. just like if your car or mobile phone gets stolen. Its not there problem, they dont care.

If u decide not to pay the finance people because cops took the car away, then they will deal with you the same as anyone else who has stoped making payments. If the problem did get out of hand and the banks were constantly loosing $$ they would make it way harder to get a loan, like having a guarantor or however its spelt.

oh yeah and we all know how most of the high speed police chases seem to end up so yeah goodluck there. Evan if you did get away and not ram into a pole, they will have all your details from your rego.

but i guess you could live your life on the run just to keep the car.......

as if there realy going to crush your car after your first warning, unless you do something incredibly retarded. We all know there just exagerating. lets dry the eyes ppls

i like the idea of the 3 strikes thing and they take it away and sell it though Should probs be reduced down to 2 in some cases.

I think it's better they crush them. Then the government doesn't get any money for the car that way and then they still have to pay to have the car crushed. So it's a win, win situation for someone who's getting their car taken off of them, because I mean you're not going to have the car anyway, might as well make it so no else can have the car either.
