Alright guys here's the latest problem I have with my skyline. Underneath the engine on the left side of the car there is tube that is leaking coolent. Above the tube there is a cap looking thing that can be screwed. I've tried tighting it, but the tube still keeps leaking coolent. It only leaks once the engine has been started and right after it's turned off, I guess only when there is pressure in the lines. Any ideas guys?

get a radiator pressure tester and a torch

pressurize the cooling system and get under the car and locate where the coolant leak is coming from. be careful u dont get too low on coolant - i had a similar leak which i was unaware of until the top tank on the radiator split and the engine overheated - nice

Is this at the right at the front of the car at the bottom of the

radiator?

If it is, (its plastic) sounds like the radiator drain plug and it shouldnt leak....

just try to tighten it bit...

If you take it off to check the thread you will have to refill the radiator with coolant...
