Different Damper Settings For Daily Driving

who here uses different damper settings for daily driving compared to when you wanna go for a slide or grip thrash?

i previously had my hsd hr's on 11 step damper of 16 possible on all four. until i thought i should change them to around 6 on all four for daily. who else changes there's for different situations? would running 11 step or higher all the time on perth/australian roads effect the coilovers life at all?

My car came with Tein superstreets with the electronically adjustable damping. I change it way too often. currently running on 2 front and rear but mostly driving on smooth roads. if i drive to brizzy i soften it up as the bruce highway feels like a cattle grid when the damping all stiff.
