Evo 8 Mr Brembos

Hey guys,

Ive been offered a set of Evo 8 MR brembo's and pads, both front and rear for what i think is a rather good price.

Only thing holding me back from getting em is whats involved to fit it to my 32gtr. I know i'll need to get some custom brackets fabricated up, but whats involved in that?

Is it a very pricey thing to get done? Is it sorta 'dodgy'? Or would you just recommend getting 34gtr brembos instead?

Also, will I be able to run my standard 32 GTR sized rotors on these for the time being? If im not mistaken Evo's have larger disks than GTR's, but due to financial restraints, I was thinking of re-using my smaller rotors on these.

no point going the bigger calipers if you are going to keep the same diameter rotors IMO

I would think upgrading to R34 GTR calipers + rotors would give you more bang for buck but then again I don't know how cheap the EVO stuff you have been offered is

I have just done this upgrade (R33 GTSt) and have noticed a big difference when stopping hard, can't really tell pottering around town but it really wants to throw me into the steering wheel when I jump on the anchors
