225 is the correct width for 8inch rims.

a mate of mine has 215s on 8.5 rims, 225s on 8inchs will fit perfect

P6000's are a good predictable tyre, which return a good feeling when cornering, if not outright grip. They make your car feel faster and more fun to drive than comparable sports tyres which may allow faster ultimate cornering speeds...
