Central Locking Trigger

Wiring in an alarm and not sure how the central locking is triggered and wheres the best place to find the wire/s.

Also some R32's have one trigger wire and others have two which can change the way it is wired up

true. if you use the OE module to drive the drivers door that does make things interesting.

do u guys have a wiring diagrame? my centre locking is not working.. when u lock/unlock the driver side, the passenger side should work too right? but mine doesn't! might be the wiring/plug or fuse?

what car? 32?

if so pop the drivers kickpanel out and there is a module bolted into a body cavity. start there with a multi meter. the module will say lock timer.

hi mate,

found the module under the kickpanel but didn't say anything/lock timer?? u mean the black box with 6/7 pins socket ? if so, how can i check it to find out what wrong?

got a multimeter? if so probe for +12 on the wht/vio wire. if you have power there work the locks that module should click. from there start tearing door panels off.

My actuator has 5 wires.

white

Brown

Red

blue

green

What wire is for what?

use blu/grn clip teh rest off.
