I sometimes have to park my car out on the street overnight, and the other night some pole smoker tried to nick it. Now whenever the line needs to sleep outside I always arm the alarm/immob and put on the club lock, is it worth removing a fuse or two also as a last resort?

Cheers

find the +12V wire to the fuel pump and install a switch in line with that wire

then hide the switch and jsut flick it when you want to kill power to the fuel pump

i like that :laughing-smiley-014: Is that wat a kill switch is?

Thats a good idea, because then you can hear the car turning over, trying to start, and gives you time to get out there and beat the f**k out of them.

true

and they might even get it started for like half a second before it dies form no fuel so they would be scratching their heads thinking wtf?!?

i have not done this myself but i know plenty that have done so

jsut hide the switch somewhere discreet

I tamke my ignitor and set the rev limiter on the PFC to 800 RPM, and if i get really keen i can unplug the relay from the fuel pump in the boot, some one could still steal it eventually but it would take them some time!
