Anyone up for an early morning run through the twisty national park to Woollongong this Sunday? Nothing like driving in the crisp morning air with no traffic around. I'm sure there's already a few of you keen to go so drop your names in here...

I'm in Craig, but i'll be going about 1 or 2 hours earlier.

The cyclists tend to appear around 7am so it kinda ruins all the fun
