Which Fuel Pump for the RB20DET upgrade?

I was just wondering, I am fitting a FMIC and D/S boost controller.

Does anyone have an RB20 and changed there pump already know which brand and part# to get.

I have an R33 GTR fuel pump in mine. Runs very rich now need to get it tuned.

Put a bosch 040 internal 600hp pump in. Easiest pump to install into a r32.

the bosch 910 is also easy but rated at a lower 400hp. is internal and fits into std bracket.

I have a VL with a RB20DET in it whats the best way to go about upgrading a pump, ive read zoom magazine and the say to go internal? but the vl uses 2 pumps 1 external and 1 internal so what do you change?

I suppose you can leave the stock one in the tank and then feed it to a swirl pot and then upgrade the extenal pump. That would be the way I would do it.

from what ive seen, most use a big pump in conjunction with a surge tank

vlrb20det just upgrade the one OUTSIDE the tank get any of the bosch ones and leave everything the way it is

ok fuel pumps.....My mate caught this kunt syphoning fuel out of his car and made him syphon it back in .He said the **** sucked and syphoned so quickly that he would probably be good for 600 horse power .I guess my mate could get him to do 30 - 40 psi with a piece of timber in his hands...i will ask if you can borrow him!!!!!
