well you might get some stonechips but unlikely unless you decide to drive too close behind someone. and any time you are on the track there is always the chance of destroying your car - hitting a wall, rolling it, someone else driving into you, doesnt happen too often but it can.

what you will damage is

brakes

diff

bushes

tyres

and possibly your engine if you have some sort of problem.

but hey, on the bright side its fun
