Hi gus,

just wanted to pull the castor rods out. Now how do i do it? Do i have to remove the whole lower arm then remove the castor rods or wat? My rig is exactly the same as R33gtr 98. Appreciated the help.

just as a side note, to get the castor rods on and off (mainly on) sometimes u will need wedge something in the wheel arch and lever the wheel one way to get the bolts to line up, depends what castor ur running.

dont get it. You mean when the car is on the jack stands the wheel is at the longest stroke and you wedge it up or down?! Thats the trouble i had. to ake ot off and on i have to take the lower control arm off which is a bitch to do. It will be real easy if lower control arm doesnt need to be taken off.

not really that (assuming your lower control arm is still on). if you are running extra caster, but even at standard you will probably have to push the wheel forward a little - you will see once you get it all together. Do the front bush first then push the hub + control arm forward until the rod fits.

yeh sorry, didnt make that too clear, as duncan said, put it on the inside of the wheel arch down near the side skirt and pull it to push the wheel forward.

lol 2 people is the easiest

lol yep, get someone to do the pulling while ur underneath, i put the bolt through the bush first, wait till the threads line up on the lower control arm then push them in.
