So I was driving home today in the blizzard-like rain, and my wipers decide to stop working. After 15-30 seconds they would activate again momentarily, only to stop again. This happened over and over. Could it be just a simple fuse problem?

I think someone is trying to murder me, because I discovered a weird banging noise on the way home; it turns out that my front-right wheel was going to come off. There were only three bolts left in place and one was so loose you could twist it off with your fingers.

:(
