Hey guys,

Due to the fact I will be looking for jobs up in the mines and oil fields next year, I've been thinking of storing my DR30 cos I really dont want to part with it.

Does anyone have some good tips on storing cars, so I dont come back and find the thing rusted out and f**ked when i want to re-register it in a few years.

cheers

-Glenn

bout to do the same...but as most are 2on 1off....you still have time to wash it and run it for 15 mins every now and then...unless you are locking it in a garage not near home...then do the usual..put on chassis stands..leave doors slightly ajar.(stops rubber squishing)...empty fuel tank and fill with gas so as not to rust..actually..empty all lines and pump and filter too...these days fuel turns to varnish with in 2 months!!......put oil in pistons via sparkplugs...just remember to empty it before starting later on..(remove plugs and turn over..pressure will spurt it all out)...bait the area for mice and roaches...and since you can afford it...get a security patrol to check it once a day!!!!!! and alarm the bdlg!!!
