R33 Skyline Gts-t. Engine Is Cutting Out

engine is cutting out at random more on hot days. seems to sometimes be around 3000 revs has a cough. will start after you leave it for a little to cool down. help would be great. have checked AFM. spark plugs. and that circet that goes to coilpacks tryed spraying it with some frost stuff. as was told it could be that not sure on name of the part. any help would be great. also my idle jumps up and down for like 8 seconds then goes down and revs fine what could that be?

Sounds like your coilpacks are on theyre way out (ignition modules), no amount of spray will fix them

Thats just your aac hunting for a stable idle/compensating for increased load??

Do an ECU diagnostic before you bother doing anything else just to check your sensors such as your o2 etc, and Im not sure on this, but also check cooler piping for a boost leak cos thats where your turbo is building boost.
